- Information desk
Our personnel provide help with the orientation in sea of opportunities and services offered by the EU. At the desk, one can ask for information about the announcements, forms and handbooks of the Community programmes, or consult the Internet-sites and on-line databases of the EU. The European Commission guarantees the Info Points Europe special access to the on-line database of the Community legislation (Celex).
- Internet connection
Computers with Internet access for public use. One has to register and buy a package of 5, 10 or 20 hours of navigation in order to receive a password; it is also possible to book a computer if one needs to do a research on EU-related issues.
- School Help Desk : An easy way to EU's opportunities
The city administration supports schools in their way throughout the many EU's opportunities, offering an orientation and advicing service in the up building of possible candidate projects for EU financings. The Help Desk operates also as welcoming service for guests, paying much attention to the custom care of foreign delegations in the city.To do this the office gives you the chance to have a guide through the city and a help in finding a house and services.
- Help Desk for Youth
Are you member of an association interested in taking part to an exachange with foreign associations? Or are you part of a youth group in need of funds to promote a own project or idea? The EU Youth Program should satisfy your request.
The Youth Program promotes international exchanges between youth associations, voluntary' s experiences abroad and youngsters' gropus projects.
The Help Desk is the concrete tool to purpose and present your projects, and it's been created thanks to the cooperation of Progetto Europa (EU projects service in the city).
